In this episode I celebrate my first year podcasting to serve Bombshell Business Women worldwide while sharing the lessons I learned from stepping outside of my comfort zone to do it. I hope sharing my lessons will help you approach important, and sometimes uncomfortable, goals in your business with a new perspective.
Lesson One: I learned a lot about YOU, my amazingly talented and accomplished audience.
Lesson Two: I confirmed my natural work style—including my main weakness–and why I am willing to struggle through to overcome it.
Lesson Three: I confirmed (big time) my passion for women in business.
Lesson Four: Lean on people to help reach your specific goals.
Lesson Five: In order to (truly) learn I have to lead.
I also talk about my upcoming book, The Bombshell Business Woman: How to Become a Bold, Brave, Female Entrepreneur. I share why I don’t want you to pre-order it (yet), and how you can help make it become a success! I even talk about some of the free bonuses that come with it, like the book study guide designed to foster supportive environments of women supporting women.
