While any Bombshell Squad Book Club is indeed a celebration, not every book club calls for full-fledged libations. That’s why I came up with a signature mocktail to keep things festive and fancy for those who prefer not to, or are unable to, partake. The Bombshell Signature Mocktail (Serves Two)
The Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Cranberry Juice
- 1 T Simple Syrup
- Juice of 2 Lemons
- 10 Fresh Mint Leaves
- 2 T Fresh Cranberries
- Crushed Ice
- Soda Water
- Mint Leaves & Lemon Slices
The Directions
- Muddle 10 fresh mint leaves.
- Mix the cranberry and lemon juices, muddled mint leaves, and simple syrup together in a large measuring cup or pitcher.
- Pour into two festive glasses over crushed ice and cranberries.
- Top with soda water.
- Garnish with mint sprigs and lemon slices, if desired.
- Enjoy! (Serves two!)
