In this dynamic, live workshop Amber will use your Fascination Personality Test (included in ticket price) to show you how the world sees you at your best. You will get crystal clear on how to use your Advantages to operate in your wellspring, and how to avoid communicating in your personal quicksand.
Using your Advantages, you will then build your Anthem. (Think of your Anthem like a tagline for your personal brand.) Whether you use it as a reminder of how you best serve customers or lead your team or you use it in your social media profiles and promotional materials, your Anthem will be your go-to for explaining what you do and how you do it differently. Someone is always going to be better than you, so different is better than better.
Most personality tests measure how you see the world. The Fascination Personality Test, created by Sally Hogshead, is different; it looks at cues and signals that you are intentionally or unintentionally sending, to tell you how the world sees you.
If you’ve already done a test such as Myers-Briggs or DiSC or StrengthsFinder, you have a point of view on the way you see things. But with the Fascination Personality Test, you’ll see yourself through the eyes of your clients and co-workers.
