I cannot believe I’ve been in business for TEN YEARS! Apparently, I become a busy gal in October. After all, it’s my birthday month! It’s also the month that I tend to…well…birth things!
🥳As of the airing of this episode my 43rd birthday is tomorrow, October 7th.
🥳On October 1st we celebrated the FIVE year anniversary of the release of The Bombshell Business Woman: How to Become a Bold, Brave Female Entrepreneur.
🥳And on October 9th we celebrate TEN years of being in business!
🥳Later this month, just to add to it, we are launching Employer Brand Central to all!
According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics 65% of new businesses fail during the first 10 years. Yikes!
So in celebration of a decade in business, surviving all of the twists and turns, I present to you the five wins that I think led me to making it through the past ten years.
Yet, I also present to you the top five ways I had to fail forward. Here’s a sneak peek, but you’ll have to tune in for all the stories and reflections!
At the end of the day, you have to trust God, you have to trust yourself, you have to trust the process, you have to trust your TEAM, and you have to trust in your vision.
