Amber Hurdle Coaching & Training Case Study: Create Winning Environments

Create Winning Environments

I love that my coaching clients routinely TAKE ACTION when challenged to improve their professional or personal lives. And boy, do I have a doozie of a case study to share!

One client in particular must have been zeroed in on our final week of my Mega Moxie Work-Life Success Academy group coaching program. That session we discussed the importance of creating winning environments, including people, financial, physical, spiritual environments and more! After hearing everyone’s feedback from completing that week’s course work, we ended up focusing much of our discussion on their work environments. Everyone agreed that keeping one’s professional environment well-organized and inviting is a sure fire way to prevent physical resistance to being productive. At the end of our call a couple participants committed to taking massive action to improve their work flow, reduce clutter and surround themselves with objects that fuel their energy and makes them happy.

But, WOW! Soon after I got a couple emails from one client. I was SO blown away at how quickly she organized this office I immediately asked if I could share the transformation in a blog post. I know the transformation WILL inspire somebody to own their own physical chaos and transform their work space into a production powerhouse. Check it out the two emails this proud coach received right in a row:

Client Case Study

Client Email #1: “Okay…so this is what the office looked like! After we talked about being organized on our last virtual meeting in the Success Academy, and after me saying how I just get overwhelmed. Well…I took action THAT DAY and made it happen, Captain! I told myself everything would be organized by the following Monday! So…here is my before!”

Client Email #2: “Bam!”

I mean, hot dang, right? This client obviously so clearly understood the impact taking control of this environment would have on her productivity and desire to even be in this office. I am happy to report that this same client has since taken huge strides in her professional life, launching a new business, generating income immediately (while getting results for the people she serves), not to mention taking on new individual clients at the full rate we agreed would be ideal.

And it all started with creating a winning environment.

Which environment do you need to take action on? Is it your budget or debt reduction plan? Perhaps is it your spiritual environment through creating a space where you can relax and enjoy quiet time? Do you need to up-level your network to improve your people environment? Whatever it is, I challenge you to do something about it THIS WEEK! What will you commit to improving? Share in the comments!
