Let's cut to the chase: when I was 16, I got knocked up.
True story.
And I share that with no shame. It was a transformative experience that forever shaped my future.
It wasn't easy, but I had to go from leading student council and other clubs at school to leading a child who was wholly dependant on me and impacted by my decisions.
The grit required to get out from behind the eight ball and the (often harsh) lessons gave me a lifelong understanding of personal branding, creating supportive environments, communication, engagement, influence, and getting things done.
So my strategies come from a gut level--a deep place of indignance mixed with boundless hope. My career success is proof that my proprietary systems work, but more so, the countless success stories of women in business worldwide paint an even greater picture of limitless potential.
